How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery to the US usually takes 7–13 business days after that. Every order ships with tracking, and we email you the tracking link once it ships.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free on US orders.
Will my gift arrive in time for a holiday?
For Christmas delivery, please order by December 10. For other dates, allow about 2–3 weeks from order to delivery.
Can I ship a gift straight to someone else?
Yes. Enter their name and address as the shipping address at checkout. Packages don't include prices.
Do orders come in one box?
Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days. Each package has its own tracking.
What if something arrives damaged or isn't as described?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
Do lip shades look exactly like the photos?
Shades can look slightly different on screen than in person, often a little darker. Check the swatch photos and shade notes on each product page.
